حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ ، عَنْ أَبِي الزِّنَادِ ، عَنِ الْأَعْرَجِ ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ ، أَنّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ، قَالَ : وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَقَدْ هَمَمْتُ أَنْ آمُرَ بِحَطَبٍ فَيُحْطَبَ ، ثُمَّ آمُرَ بِالصَّلَاةِ فَيُؤَذَّنَ لَهَا ، ثُمَّ آمُرَ رَجُلًا فَيَؤُمَّ النَّاسَ ، ثُمَّ أُخَالِفَ إِلَى رِجَالٍ فَأُحَرِّقَ عَلَيْهِمْ بُيُوتَهُمْ ، وَالَّذِي نَفْسِي بِيَدِهِ لَوْ يَعْلَمُ أَحَدُهُمْ أَنَّهُ يَجِدُ عَرْقًا سَمِينًا أَوْ مِرْمَاتَيْنِ حَسَنَتَيْنِ لَشَهِدَ الْعِشَاءَ .
The Holy Prophet (peace be upon him) said, "By the One in Whose hand is my life, I had decided to order the collection of wood." Then I should call for prayer, the call to prayer should be given for it, then I should ask someone to lead the prayer, and I should go to those people (who do not attend the congregational prayer) then I should burn them and their houses. By the One in Whose Hand is my life, if these people who do not join the Jamaat know so much that they will find a bone with good meat or two good hoofs in the mosque, then this is the time of Isha. Be sure to attend the mosque for congregation.

حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْيَمَانِ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنَا شُعَيْبٌ ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ ، قَالَ : أَخْبَرَنِي أَنَسُ بْنُ مَالِكٍ ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خَرَجَ ، فَقَامَ عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ حُذَافَةَ ، فَقَالَ : مَنْ أَبِي ؟ فَقَالَ : أَبُوكَ حُذَافَةُ ، ثُمَّ أَكْثَرَ أَنْ يَقُولَ سَلُونِي ، فَبَرَكَ عُمَرُ عَلَى رُكْبَتَيْهِ ، فَقَالَ : رَضِينَا بِاللَّهِ رَبًّا وَبِالْإِسْلَامِ دِينًا وَبِمُحَمَّدٍ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ نَبِيًّا ، فَسَكَتَ .
At the point when the Courier of Allah ﷺ emerged from the house, Abdullah receptacle Hudhafa stood up and inquired, "Who is my dad?" The Prophet (ﷺ) said, Hudhafah, then the Prophet (ﷺ) over and again said, "Ask me." Hazrat Umar, may God favor him and award him harmony, cowered and said, "We are the Ruler of Allah, the religion of Islam, and the prophet of Muhammad." They consent to be (and this expression) multiple times (rehashed) then (hearing this) the Courier of Allah (harmony and endowments of Allah arrive) became quiet.
