حَدَّثَنَا أَحْمَدُ بْنُ الْفُرَاتِ أَبُو مَسْعُودٍ الرَّازِيُّ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللَّهِ بْنُ عُمَرَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ: كَانَ رَسُولُ اللَّهِ صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ يَقْرَأُ عَلَيْنَا الْقُرْآنَ، فَإِذَا مَرَّ بِالسَّجْدَةِ كَبَّرَ وَسَجَدَ وَسَجَدْنَا . قَالَ عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ: وَكَانَ الثَّوْرِيُّ يُعْجِبُهُ هَذَا الْحَدِيثُ. قَالَ أَبُو دَاوُد: يُعْجِبُهُ لِأَنَّهُ كَبَّرَ.
It is narrated by Hazrat Ibn Umar (RA) that the Messenger of Allah (PBUH) used to recite the Qur'an to us. When he would go through the verse of prostration, he would say Allahu Akbar and go into prostration, and we would also prostrate with him. Mr. Abdul Razzaq stated that Imam Thauri liked this hadith very much.:: Imam Abu Dawood stated. Because Takbeer is mentioned in it.
